Babywale corduroy is a lightweight corduroy meant for tops and dresses rather than bottoms. This one has added spandex for a bit of stretch and a velvety feel. It is insulating and works up more similarly to flannels and cotton poplins than pants and jackets. We recommend making gathered dresses, skirts, and tops.
