At a substantial 11 oz/sq yard, our Lyocell Sweater Rib has a subtle luster and a very fluid, feminine drape. You’ll see this signature drape displayed best in garments that have movement, such as an A-line skirt or dress. 1. Chic Sleeveless V-Neck

Choosing our favorite detail of this dress was hard: is it the side buttons? Or the chunky neck and armhole bindings? Andrea adapted the oversized Viola Vest by Swimstyle Patterns into a chic, modern dress, creatively closing the side with buttons while adding the cutest detail to the dress. Because of the fabric’s fluid drape, the loose-fitting piece falls elegantly against the body, giving shape to a relatively shapeless silhouette. This stylish dress can be worn by itself or layered over a turtleneck in cooler weather. 

2. One and Done Elegance

Jenna, you make this knit look really good. This one and done outfit is a one-piece: the Teague Dress by Daughter Judy Patterns that Jenna adapted into a long sleeve. This dress features a sewn-in French tuck so you can have the added dimension of the tuck without doing any actual tucking. A perfect outfit that looks so effortlessly elegant – we love!

3. The Everyday Fall Dress

Jacquelyn made what we all want to wear right now: a timeless and stylish dress that also keeps us warm. With a chic mock neck, fitted long sleeves, and a mini length, this is a Fall knit dress that can be dressed up or down. We love the classic look of our Winter Taupe color styled with tights and oxfords. 

4. Endless Summer in Hawaii

For living in the endless Summer climate of Hawaii, Sanna opted to create an A-line tank dress, adapted from her pattern Sommar Camisole. You can see the cascading drape of this fabric perfectly in an A-line shape like this. Because the fabric is a substantial 11 oz/sq yard and will pull down on the top portion of the garment, Sanna made a few adjustments. She put a 3/8″ elastic in the straps and shortened the strap by 2″. We love this beautiful outcome, paired with some flats for a perfect dose of casual elegance.
