Chestnut Bouton Polka – Ecovero Viscose

Bouton Polka is our playful take on the polka dot trend. Inspired by vintage buttons, this small-scale print is easy to wear with a delightful surprise up close. The Chestnut colorway is a rich reddish brown with cream artwork. The fabric has a fluid drape, a cool and smooth hand, and a subtle luster similar to the look of satin. We recommend making bias skirts and dresses or anything flowey and feminine. At 4.4 oz/sq yard, this fabric is a bit heavier than standard rayon challis and does not need lining. Ecovero Viscose is a sustainable and responsible fabrication of viscose rayon that consumes less water and emits lower carbon emissions, with an overall much lower impact on the environment than traditional rayon fabrications.
