Closely-spaced mini dot (1/8″ size) on an toffee brown cotton voile. Cotton voile is a lightweight breathable fabric perfect for creating voluminous airy design elements like puffy sleeves and gathered stylelines. This fabric has a structured drape that will soften with wash. It is not fully opaque despite the dark color, due to its light weight.
