Black – Modal Sweatshirt Stretch Fleece

Our newest variety of sweatshirt fleece is made of modal with a small dose of spandex. Modal is similar to bamboo, resulting in a fabric that feels very buttery smooth to the touch and has a very fluid drape characteristic of fabrics made of this type of fiber. The spandex gives the fabric more stretch and it also recovers well. At around 7 oz/sq yard, it’s a lighter weight fleece than our cotton variety. You also have the option to purchase matching rib in the same fiber content for use in neckbands, cuffs, and waistbands. The rib will have even more stretch than the fleece fabric.
