Our Sierra thermal is a cut above the basic variety. It features large-scale, distinctive waffles which give the fabric a lot more volume and hence plush. At 11 oz/sq yard, it is our heaviest waffle: a very substantial sweater weight for garments beyond basic layers. With its exaggerated waffle texture, this fabric has a lot of cool factor and is meant to shine as its own piece. Make a long sleeve henley dress, lounge pants, or even a shirt jacket. This fabric is similar to our Taupe waffle, but has more plush.
CARE NOTES: This fabric has been professionally laundered to remove most of the shrinkage, which for thermals can be quite substantial. No prewashing necessary.
