Cream – Cotton Sweater Waffle – 74″

Amazing fabric alert. Our cotton sweater waffle has everything you want in a sweater knit: gorgeous texture, cozy plush, and that pure cotton comfort. A true sweater, this knit is made with thick sweater yarn resulting in large-scale waffles that are very pretty to look at and even more comfy to wear and touch. It has a gauze-like drape and would work well in a myriad of yearlong projects from short and long cardigans to vests and pullovers. Note, this fabric is also very wide!

You may purchase it on its product page, or as an add-on to this product in 1/4 yard increments (scroll down). We offer this 1/4 yard add-on because that quantity is sufficient for trim application in cuffs and neckbands. Note, the pricing is rounded up for the add-on option to $5 per 1/4 yard. Care and Shrinkage Notes: We recommend cold wash with delicate dry cycle (standard protocol). The fabric will shrink from 70″ wide to around 62″ wide (about 11%). The length shrinks about 15-18%. After washing, your fabric will become more plush and more voluminous. The weight will go from 10 oz/sq yard to 13 oz/sq yard. As this fabric is most likely to be used in an outerwear garment to wear over an inner layer, you may also opt not to prewash the fabric as an option. All example garments shown are made with the 13 oz fabric after wash.
